We get it things happen. Unfortunately, we only press a limited amount of records and sometimes they will be sold out with none left to replace. If your records are severely damaged or unplayable, get in touch at info@neworleansvinylclub.com.
As of right now, international shipping is not included in our memberships, but it doesn’t mean we can’t do it. We would love for international vinyl lovers to enjoy these records too. We do offer shipping to some countries at an additional cost, just select your country at checkout. If you are located outside the United States and interested in joining the club, please contact us at info@neworleansvinylclub.com and we’ll see what we can do.
Your records usually ship out during the last week of the month. Sometimes shipping might carry over to following month. You will receive a shipping notification with tracking information when your records ship. Any records selected from the library will ship with your next monthly selection.
